1.1 These Terms and Conditions regulate the business relationship between you and Nina Skilbeck (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a workshop or using our website in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2 No person under the age of 18 years may book a workshop.

2. Workshop Bookings

2.1 By booking a workshop, you acknowledge and agree that:

·      All intellectual property rights in the materials and ideas presented in the workshops remain with Nina Skilbeck.

·      You are prohibited from using the ideas, designs, and techniques presented in the workshops for commercial purposes or to conduct workshops that replicate the content of Nina Skilbeck’s workshops.

·      You may, however, use the ideas for personal use and share them with your own students if you are an educator.

2.2 Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We will send you an email confirmation with details of your booking.

2.3 We reserve the right to change or cancel workshops. In the event of a cancellation, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices for workshops are listed on our website and are subject to change. The price applicable to your booking is the one listed on our website at the time of booking.

3.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3.3 Any additional costs, such as materials or travel, will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the workshop date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop will not be refunded.

4.2 In the event that we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All content provided in our workshops, including but not limited to designs, patterns, techniques, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Nina Skilbeck.

5.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our workshops without express written permission.

5.3 You may use the content for personal use or in your own teaching, provided that it does not compete with Nina Skilbeck’s workshops.

6. Liability

6.1 We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during or as a result of your participation in our workshops, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6.2 We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or participation in our workshops.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
